Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures is known worldwide for purveying unique fly fishing trips. Through our decades of experience, we've explored some corners of the world home to angling opportunities worthy of distinction. In Chilean Patagonia, we're proud to partner with three unique operations that combine high adventure fishing, comfortable accommodations, and remote living.

River of Dreams Basecamp
The River of Dreams Basecamp operation lies deep in one of the most inaccessible and beautiful valleys in all of Chilean Patagonia. For years, casting a fly to these large and wild brown trout was only a dream of local guides in Coyhaique, Chile.
After years of dreaming, Magic Waters Lodge put the time and effort to make this dream come true. Creating a basecamp with cozy accommodations and a remote wild brown trout fishing nearby is the recipe for a terrific high adventure trip.
With exclusive overland access and no access by jet boat, anglers have 30 miles of the most beautiful and wild brown trout streams all to themselves. The River of Dreams Basecamp, sitting at the confluence of a wonderful spring creek and the Rio Blanco, was designed and constructed with minimal impact on this beautiful and sensitive environment. The camp consists of three comfortable wood-framed expedition-style tent-cabins that include cozy beds, gear storage and heating system, kitchen and dining tent and two fully equipped bathhouses complete with hot showers.
Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures is excited to offer these exciting trips for adventuresome anglers.
