While it retains this classic look, the reels have been refreshed with a more dynamic drag knob and a redesigned ‘H’ logo. The bright dip finishing enhances the shine of the machined parts while maintaining the strong matte anodized color.
• Reel Seat – Hatch is one of the few manufacturers that produce reel bodies from a single piece, preventing reel seat loosening from galvanic corrosion. The Iconic’s reel seat has been reshaped for a modern, sleeker appearance.
• Enhanced Sealing – By improving design and reducing unnecessary components, Hatch has increased the water resistance of the Iconic reel, reducing water entry points.
