Belize Permit Club
Lodging Details
Belize Permit Club sits on the banks of the Sittee River minutes from the Caribbean Sea. Guests stay in comfortable rooms capable of hosting up to six anglers at a time. Basic but comfortable, they feature A/C, two beds, a private bath, and a shower with plenty of space for your gear. Each day guests will load into the boats a stone’s throw from the lodge. From the location of the dock, rooms, bar area, barbeque, and horseshoe pit, the amenities are a testament to the fact that the lodge was built for one thing – providing anglers with a comfortable place to relax before another day on the water.
Food and Beverages
Meals are home-cooked and prepared in the main kitchen. Breakfast and lunch are usually taken on the boat each day, and dinner is served in the dining area or outside to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The menu is a combination of fresh seafood, and traditional Belizean cuisine including chicken, pork, rice and beans, fresh vegetables, and fantastic tortillas. Occasionally, guests can elect to go out to Hopkins for dinner.
The bar area at Belize Permit Club includes domestic beverages as part of the package, including ice-cold Belikins and cocktails. If you would like a specific alcohol, please let us know in advance and Belize Permit Club will do their best to provide this alcohol for you at a nominal charge. If you want an 18-year-old single malt, pack it in your checked luggage.
Typical Length of Stay
Belize Permit Club accepts stays as short as four (4) nights and three (3) days of fishing. Trips of any length can be accommodated. Contact Yellow Dog for your customized itinerary.
Non-Angling Activities and Options
